This variety of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is native to Mora de Toledo, its cultivation area covers the provinces of Toledo and Ciudad Real, in the Community of Castilla la Mancha. It has a great resistance to droughts, frosts and cold winters. It has a fat yield around 19%.

Its oil is one of the best in terms of organoleptic characteristics, with notes of tomato, leaf, ivy and alloza. It has a high stability thanks to its high content of polyphenols, and high oleic acid content

Another characteristic of this variety of olive oil of the Cornicabra variety is that it presents a remarkable balance between the sweet at the entrance, bitter with green leaves and the spicy with medium intensity.
