The Denomination of Origin Sierra de Cazorla has an area of olive grove that extends to 37,500 hectares in the areas located in Cazorla, Peal de Becerro, Chilluévar, Huesa, La Iruela, Hinojares, Pozo Alcón, Santo Tomé and Quesada The EVOO with denomination of origin Sierra de Cazorla are of the Picual variety, Royal or a mixture of both.


It is a Denomination of Origin with EVOO of great stability, with a fruity taste of almond, fig, apple and with a slight bitter touch. Its color can vary from a very intense green to an almost golden yellow, depending on the time of harvesting the olive and the location of the olive grove within the region.
