Formas de envio y tarifas en CompraraceitedeolivaIn Compraraceitedeoliva we follow a transparent policy of shipping prices depending on the weight of the ordered merchandise. The system calculates the weight of the items and finds out the shipping and handling costs based on that weight. You can view the rates of the different transport companies during the order process and choose the one that suits you. Our reference provider is currently SEUR, MRW and NACEX that deliver within 24 hours throughout the Iberian Peninsula (including Portugal). In addition to SEUR, MRW and NACEX, the system will offer other alternatives with different types of service for you to choose the one that suits you. Payment on delivery by any carrier is not allowed.

Shipping Methods and Rates

In case there is more than one service provider that covers the route to your delivery address, you can always choose the company and the shipping method that suits you from among those offered by the system.

Shipments to Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar and Andorra:

The service contracted when the shipment is made by SEUR, MRW and NACEX is 24 hours. Any order placed before 6 pm leaves our facilities the same day and will be delivered the next day in Spain, Andorra and Portugal. Shipments to the Balearic Islands take 48 hours to Mallorca and up to 72 hours to the rest of the islands.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Envios en CompraraceitedeolivaCompraraceitedeoliva is registered in the registry of authorized exporters. Therefore, orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not include VAT. In addition, we do not charge for the D.U.A. of export for orders destined for the Canary Islands ( BOE Nº176 : Resolution of July 11, 2014, of the Department of Customs and Special Taxes of the State Agency of Tax Administration, in which they are collected the instructions for the formalization of the single administrative document (DUA)). Compraraceitedeoliva will only charge shipping costs if your order is not subject to free shipping costs, that is, if the amount of the order is equal to or greater than € 99. However, you must keep in mind that upon arrival in the Canary Community, your package will be processed at customs and you will have to pay the corresponding IGIC and the import DUA management. If you do the process in customs personally (it can be done online), the only cost for you will be the payment of the IGIC. On the contrary, if you authorize Correos to carry out the procedure for you, Correos will charge you for the management of the D.U.A. import. Please note that this is not a charge of Compraraceitedeoliva, but it is Correos who charges it. The export DUA exemption is not applicable for Ceuta and Melilla shipments.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla can take up to 7 days.

Shipments to Europe, North America and South America:

International shipments have variable delivery times ranging from two days to two weeks, depending on the area and will be made by DHL Express or DHL Parcel.

All our packages are insured up to the total value of the merchandise. Insurance is included in the price and does not imply an extra cost for you. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged, let the dealer know, indicate it on the delivery note before signing, and let us know as soon as possible to proceed with your change by sending us a photo of the package and the damaged merchandise. We will immediately replenish the merchandise without waiting for the carrier to pay it to us.

Política de Devoluciones

Politica de Devoluciones en CompraraceitedeolivaFor any package that you wish to return, either in the exercise of your right of withdrawal or in the product warranty, you will have to go to the contact form on the website.

Shipping costs will be borne by you except in case of non-conformity of the product with the contract. We advise you to protect your item (s), since in case of returns in exercise of your right of withdrawal, or for breakdowns or defects that are not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for the possible damages that suffered (n) during transport. During the period covered by the warranty extensions, if any, the customer must return the product to the after sales service of Compraraceitedeoliva.

We will only accept products that are in perfect condition, with all their accessories, instruction manuals and in their original packaging. In case of missing any of them your product will be returned to your home with a note indicating the missing ones. All packages sent to the head office of Compraraceitedeoliva will be rejected.

It is not possible to return consumer items once opened unless they are, at the time of opening, in poor condition.
