Imagine Royal Verde Esmeralda Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml is an EVOO with flared shape and matte black color.

This EVOO of the Royal variety, is an exclusive variety, it is not found anywhere in the world, only in the vicinity of the second largest natural park in Europe, the natural park of Sierra de Cazorla Segura and Las Villas.

It is a low production variety, the olives provide low oil content, although of extraordinary quality. The extra virgin olive oil of the Royal variety is one of those minority privileges due to the scarce production of this type of olive.

It is an oil of great value and its main organoleptic characteristic is the fresh fruity and sweet aroma. Its flavor is mild and nothing aggressive to the palate. And on the nose it presents an intense fruity with nuances of ripe fig, banana and apple.

TASTING | SENSORY ANALYSIS
FLAVOR	The palate is sweet, a soft touch bitter and somewhat spicy. Very balanced, nothing aggressive to the palate.
AROMA	The nose has an intense fruity nuances of ripe fig, banana and apple.
ACIDITY	Expressed in free fatty acids, it does not exceed 0.12º.
PAIRING	It is very versatile: base of raw sauces, dressing in bread, salads and vegetables, as well as in prolonged cooking stews.
