TASTING | SENSORY ANALYSIS
FLAVOR	Voluminous oil, very balanced. With itching and medium bitterness. It leaves a harmonious sensation of freshness of high persistence. Intense fruity green olive, with notes of freshly cut grass, fig tree, banana peel, on which the green almond stands out.
AROMA	It has a more intense fruitiness compared to conventional picual, this is due to the use of organic products only for the nutrition of olive trees.
ACIDITY	Expressed in free fatty acids, it does not exceed 0.14º.
PAIRING	It enhances the flavor of your rice dishes, both white and blue fish, meats and vegetable salads.
