Imagine Picual Verde Esmeralda Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an EVOO with a flared shape and a matt black color.

It is a variety of olives very appreciated for its ease of cultivation and the excellent quality of its oil, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid.

Its sensory profile is intense fruity and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. On the palate, it is sweet, slightly bitter and slightly more spicy, all very balanced.

TASTING | SENSORY ANALYSIS
FLAVOR	An oil of medium fluidity, persistence in the mouth of an artichoke, olive leaf, nuts, and an intense green walnut flavor. A very balanced oil with an exquisite complexity.
AROMA	It has a very intense fruity green olive, with notes of fig, grass, stems, alloza, citrus and tomato.
ACIDITY	Expressed in free fatty acids, it does not exceed 0.12º.
PAIRING	Combine its intense aroma with any dish of tomato, sauce or soup. Use it to finish meat or grilled octopus. Ideal with cheeses with body.
