An oil of exceptional quality of green ecological olives selected and collected in October by hand in boxes so as not to suffer the possible damage of treading, contact with the ground and anything that could alter the quality from the same tree until it is ground may arise
It is ground before 2 hours, the milling system being totally cold, at room temperature, as the olives of the tree come to the sunset of the day.
This edition is presented in a bottle of 500 ml, blue and with the shape of an emerald cut sapphire, packaging according to its quality with specific design for this product and its own personality.
FLAVOR |
Very light in bitter, while the spicy is somewhat more prominent, but very delicate and late. Great harmony, medium structure, almond aftertaste and good persistence. |

Intense fruity green leaf, tomato, banana peel, bitter and spicy medium that remind us of fennel, artichoke, bitter almond. |
