Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pagos De Toral is an EVOO of Picual variety, fragrant, balanced and of great complexity due to the multitude of attributes and positive characteristics attributed to it.
To produce a liter of oil PAGOS DE TORAL have been needed between 12 and 13 kilos of olive, when the usual would be 4 kilos; in this way it allows us to obtain an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of High Quality Gourmet to the detriment of the quantity.
To obtain the best juice an early harvest is made, the production is of own harvest of a harvest day at the end of October.
For this product to be a real delicacy, the olives of this limited edition have been collected and treated with great care and delicacy, which come from olives previously selected and milled at room temperature. From Pagos de Toral they take care of their crops and fruits until their total elaboration under strict norms of quality, cultivating of respectful form with the environment in the frame of the Agriculture of Integrated Production.
It is an extra virgin olive oil fragrant, balanced and of great complexity due to the multitude of attributes and positive characteristics attributed to it.
In the whole extraction process of the virgin olive oil, an exhaustive monitoring is carried out, taking samples for a later quality control or periodically collecting the temperature so that nothing changes the quality of the final result.
It does not undergo any process of refining, its beneficial properties for health and for food widely justify the price of this product gift of nature.
